For over 20 years Bole has been perfecting Playground equipments, with location at Chinese Plastic Toys Industry Chain Manufacturing Center, Bole now owns a team of 20 designers, 10 professional installers and over 180 skilful employees, covering an area of 15000 sq meter, and manufacturing area over 30000 square meter.

Slides, tube slides, roofs, decks, panels, column, ladders and posts etc.
Material:
1) Upright column made of galvanised steel tube with diameter of 114 mm, and thickness of 2 mm;
2) Platform: 2mm-thick cold-roll steel sheet, with bores of 6 mm in diameter. Conforming to the European standards of EN1176;
3) Iron part made of galvanised steel tube with diameter of 60 mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, 28mm, thickness of 2.5 mm;
4) Fittings made of high strength aluminium alloy by one-time cast forming. After the slinging processing, all the corners are round and smooth. All screws, with cup heads or T heads, are made of 316 stainless steel;
5) Plastic parts made by rolling mold of LLDPE, the exclusive material for rolling mold imported from South Korea. With thickness over 6 mm, all the plastic parts are of bright color and own anti-ultraviolet property of grade 8, which conforms to the Australia Food Safety Standards. Safe and eco-friendly, the plastic parts put on an excellent performance in weather fastness, toughness, intensity, ageing resistance. In bright color and beautiful appearance, they are colourfast and durable in use;
6) Ropes and nets:imported sailing ropes, which is 14 mm or 16 mm in diameter. The knots are mated with round aluminium alloy fasteners

Better Quality Raw Material:
For over 60% manufacturers, they apply with 2.5mm wall thickness galvanized steel tubes(also called cold galvanizing steel tubes) for outdoor fitness equipment production, however, botele always apply with hot dip zinc steel tubes, and wall thickness as 2.75mm.
Anti-Rust Process:
At Botele we only apply with galvanized steel tubes for manufacturing of outdoor gym equipment, for every part, we will make galvanized painting to avoid rust, even a pc of connector, and we will have galvanized painting at every welding spot.
Welding Fixture
After over 15 years' manufacture, Botele already build complete range of welding fixtures for all the outdoor fitness equipment, which significantly improved production efficiency.
Skilled Welder
At Botele, over 90 of welder ever worked for indoor fitness equipment (Indoor treadmill) before, which made them extremely skillful welder, and provide you good quality welding products.
Electro-static Powder Coating:
1. For all Botele outdoor fitness equipments & playground equipment (the galvanization steel parts), we will have high temperature heating in the stoves before powder painting (Temperature as 250 degrees). This is used to evaporate both innner and outside moisture of the steel parts. Also it is very helpful to increase the adsorption capacity of powder onto the surface of steel parts (during electrostatic powder painting).
2. During electro-static powder painting process, we will send all the painted steel parts back to the stoves again for heating solidification once the powder painting is finished, and the stoves temperature will be maintained over 210 degrees, and the heat preservation will last for minimum 30 minutes. In this way it will promote more smoothly & beautiful painting surface and will also significantly improve the lifespan for the powder-painting.
3. The thickness of our electro-static powder coating can reach as (110±10) microns.
Better Quality Control
Botele already owned ISO 9001 management system for over 5 years, At Botele we do have over 10 QC inspectors, and we control the quality from the incoming raw material, manufacturing process, even every step, we do have IPQC.
Assembly:
Here at Botele we assemble every part by 304# stainless screws, and we will ensure every plastic part is finished by the performed machines, and passed by our QC team.
One-year Warranty:
Botele will provide ONE-YEAR warrant for all the playground & outdoor fitness equipment normally, but your may have warranty extension by price increasing.
